The perfect guacamole – enough said. Adjust spice to taste with the jalapeño, salt and pepper!

Make the chips to dip keto by using chicharrones, low carb + paleo by using raw veggies, paleo (not low carb) with grain free chips (like Siete) or just gluten free with quality corn chips! 


3 large ripe Haas avocados

1 lime, juiced

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1 jalapeno, minced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1 tomato (plum) diced

Salt + Pepper to taste


Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Spoon the flesh of the avocados into a molcajete, or mixing bowl. Add the onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and salt, and combine. Squeeze the lime juice over the mix and stir gently. Adjust salt, pepper and spice (more or less jalapeño) to taste!

Serve with your favorite chips, veggies, slather on your tacos, quesadillas or protein and so much more!
