We’re all about Fitness this week, having kicked it off with a Q&A with Fitness’ new It-Girl and founder of Forma Pilates LA, Liana Levi. Let’s take it a step further and highlight the top on-demand Pilates studios, bringing some of the most challenging and effective workouts to your home!
Core Club – $34.99 a month
Founded by Amanda Kassar, Founder + Instructor at Pilates by Amanda, this is the subscription service that gave us some serious abs and toning during quarantine. All mat classes, suitable from beginner to advanced levels. Series include: Just a quickie (30 mins), no equipment, pre and post natal, 60 minute full body and more. Amanda’s studio clients include Marianna Hewitt, Whitney Port, Morgan Stewart and so many more toned babes.
Her Core Club bundle of accessories (bands, pilates ring, pilates ball and more) is on its way too!
Forma Pilates – $49.99 a month
You may now be familiar with Forma and its stunning founder, Liana Levi, since we highlighted her in a Q&A earlier this week. Liana’s method and her credentials need no further advertisement than her banging bod and abs and that of her loyal VIP clientelle, including Hailey Bieber, Kylie + Kendall Jenner, Jasmine Tookes, Eiza Gonzalez, Kaia Gerber and more. Her on-demand videos range from 10-50 minutes and encompass full body as well as targeted work (abs, glutes, arms).
Reformacore – $49.99
The team at Los Angeles’ Reforacore studio is no joke. Every online class is super challenging and mimics the in-studio expeience. Founder Alyse Farkas, who teaches many of the on-demand classes, is notorious in Los Angeles for being one of the best and toughest instructors, who can make men cry (in the best way!). She is also the woman behind Alessandra Ambrosio’s supermodel figure. The service offers both mat and reformer classes also ranging from 10-60 minutes.
